The recycling committee finds ways to promote and encourage reducing waste, reusing materials, and recycling throughout campus.

Goals

Our goal is encourage recycling outside of the buildings by urging students to not throw away recyclables in the outdoor trashcans. We hope to accomplish this goal by putting signs on the trashcans and eventually getting trash cans designated for recycling outside of buildings.

Past Events

Nov. 15 On National Recycling Day, the Recycling Committee sold an assortment of notebooks made of recycled paper.
